Are you selling the full bottles?
No, we sell decants/samples of the fragrance, which is taken from the full bottles.

Why does my 10ml bottle look different from the photo?
We’ve recently upgraded! Our 10ml bottles have been updated from gold to a new, sleek matte black design.

Why is my 1ml bottle half full?
Our 1ml bottles are half full because they’re 2ml bottles. We use the same bottle for both 1ml & 2ml sizes.

Is shipping & delivery free?
Yes, shipping & delivery is free for all orders over £50.

How quickly will I receive my order?
2-4 days with standard delivery & 1-3 days with express delivery.

Does my order come in a pouch or box?
All 1ml, 2ml & 5ml bottles come with a luxury velvet pouch. While 10ml bottles come with black box packaging.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, we currently only ship in the UK. But may do soon!
I haven't received my delivery?
Couriers may have slight delays when delivering packages during the busy periods.

How quickly do you fulfil orders?
As soon as your order is received, we usually ship on the same day or the day after.
Where is my order?
As soon as your fragrance order is received, it is usually shipped on the same working day or 1 day after.
Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent. it will also contain the tracking information for your order.
Please ensure that there may be delays with transit, & although it is unlikely, deliveries may arrive to you later than expected.

Can my order be cancelled?
Once the order has been dispatched, unfortunately we are not able to cancel your order.

What are the payment options?
We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, American Express & Apple Pay.
Where can my promo code be used?
Your promo code can be used during the checkout process.
Please ensure that the code is used within its valid date & hasn't expired.
Ensure the code is successfully applied to the order before the purchase is made. Discounts & codes will not be applied afterwards.
